總體而言mini club陪伴女兒度過初期的不安以及慢慢鼓勵她去ski最終女兒在假期後兩天有成功去滑ski這對於四歲小孩來說我覺得非常不容易! mini club的go鼓勵與陪伴有非常大的幫助!

Pamela - Thank you and your whole team. She is soooo kind and do everything by herself. it’s just like being home during we stay there.
Here are some suggestions for how the team could improve.-
All the mini club ski instructor are highly capable. However, it might be beneficial to assign coaches are particularly skilled at guiding children and making skiing an enjoyable experience experience for them.

I visited the resort with my family of 6. 4 skiing and 2 snowboarding all beginners. I could not fault the resort with well spec'd spacious rooms, good food and excellent facilities.
However, the highlight was the ski/snowboarding training we received. Our Ski instructor Nastja was excellent giving targeted instruction, clear feedback and making the sessions challenging but a lot of fun. Both my son and I went from beginner to Level 3 in 5 days !! My daughter and son had a similar experience with their snowboard instructor Max . Thank you both for making it a great holiday.
